More Parking Is Coming To The Arts District
The Las Vegas City Council approved a new lease agreement that will add 59 new parking spaces at Casino Center and Utah in downtown Las Vegas. The new surface lot will replace the former surface lot impacted by the construction of the new parking garage and will provide additional parking options, particularly for monthly permit users.

The surface lot is expected to open in February, while construction on the new parking garage continues and is scheduled to open this fall.
We continue to prioritize expanding parking access in the Arts District, where demand is growing; total parking activity across Arts District lots and on-street spaces is up nearly 25% compared to the same period last year, reflecting the area’s continued growth and popularity.
