Centrally located on 61 acres in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, Symphony Park is the city of Las Vegas’ premier development that is home to arts, culture, science and medicine. It offers one of the city’s most exciting and prime opportunities for retail, restaurant or mixed-use development.
There is a lot happening in this area right now. Here are some things to check out and look out for:
New Construction
More than 500 residential units are currently under development. Two multifamily projects with ground floor retail opportunities will join the multifamily units already available.
A new dual brand AC Hotel by Marriott / Element by Westin is in the works too; the five-story luxury hotel will include 441 rooms and approximately 20,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space.
Housing
The first residential building at Symphony Park, Parc Haven, opened in May 2021. It features 290 units in 17 different layouts, a 24-hour health club, yoga studio and pool.
Auric Symphony Park shortly followed with an opening in September 2021. This building features 324 apartments, a resort-style pool, pet park and more.
Both residential buildings are steps away from the iconic Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
Dining
Vic’s Symphony Park is currently under development. The full service restaurant and tavern will feature live music in a cozy atmosphere and 20-foot replica of the world famous Vegas Vic.
Additional dining options are headed to Symphony Park including the second location of Al Solito Posto from Las Vegas chef James Trees.
