Bajamar was created in Baja but born in Vegas. The Tenorio, Ramirez and Puchi families opened the first Bajamar Seafood and Tacos on Las Vegas Blvd in 2017, with a vision to create a Baja California surf shack vibes. Their goal is to make first time guests feel like regulars and regulars feel like family. The menu has developed from a few recipes from Chef Jorge’s grandmother to a menu that has captured the true flavors of Baja cuisine.
Birrieria Dimas is a mobile food truck specializing in Mexican beef birria, pot roasted for up to 6 hours in their secret broth (consome) full of flavor. Established in 2019, Birrieria Dimas started from only take out to opening up their food truck on Charleston Boulevard in 2020.
