When Eagan Escape Productions led by Jason Eagan, in partnership with Warner Bros., created Escape IT in a 30,000-square-foot warehouse off Symphony Parkway and Martin Luther King Drive, they upped the terror, complexity and entertainment factor for interactive escape rooms. Inspired by the horrifying and iconic film franchise – “IT” – Escape IT offers fans two multi-room escape adventures that bring to life “IT” and the sequel, “IT Chapter Two.” Some of the rooms cost a staggering six figures to construct, so they are designed to impress and wow even the most seasoned horror fan.
Trying to escape the clutches of Pennywise, the dancing clown, guests must keep their wits about them as they solve puzzles to escape one room- only to find themselves in another terrorizing location. Perhaps it’s the killer sewers of Derry, Maine, where the film is based, or the infamous Neibolt House, where Pennywise devours children and guests spend more than an hour figuring out the clown’s puzzles.
This unparalleled attraction includes more than 20 interactive rooms with the sights, sounds and smells befitting “IT,”, state-of-the-art special FX, lighting, animatronics, and live actors to create a fully immersive and terrifying experience.
Eagan has been bringing horror to Las Vegas since 2002 when he opened Tomb of Darkness followed by Fright Dome in 2017, the Official Saw Escape Room in 2018 and Escape Blair Witch in 2021.
