On Aug. 22, 2024, Jeremy Aguero with Applied Analysis delivered the keynote presentation at the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance's (LVGEA) annual Las Vegas Perspective event to a packed house of nearly 1,000 business leaders and influencers. Aguero’s presentation focused on housing, healthcare, education and tourism, identifying the challenges and opportunities of each sector.
“Southern Nevada is a community geared for growth. It turns out, it’s not who you know that determines economic success, but rather collaborations and integration,” Aguero said. “The diversity of our community is leading to prosperity and options for the folks who are here. We are either going to invest in the community that we want or we will pay for the community that we get. It is clear that we are not the upstart, we are not the underdog, it is time for our community to be the leader.”
The presentation hit on several topics including housing, healthcare, education, economic diversification and tourism.
