As part of the city's public art project, Snowball has called the Arts District home since 2014. He recently underwent refurbishment.
Located at the corner of First and Coolidge, the 10-foot sculpture welcomes visitors to the Arts District and the First Street Art Trail. He was designed and sculpted by Jesse Carson Smigel. See a time lapse of the 30 day project below from 2014.
