Main St., Suite 110, the Customer Care Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for in-person visits. Don't want to travel downtown? You can call the Customer Care Center at 702-229-CITY (2489). On Saturday and Sunday the phone line will help you with automated options.
The city of Las Vegas Customer Care Center began during the Coronavirus pandemic as the Las Vegas Call Center to assist the community during an unprecedented time. The success of the call center has been expanded to assist the public with all city-related questions and to take payments for city services. The center allows those wanting to make payments over the phone or in person for city services, such as sewer bills and parking citations, to do so. The city website also allows for online payments.
