Organizations interested in becoming tenants at the Historic Fifth Street School should submit a tenancy interest form. The Historic Fifth Street School is envisioned as a vibrant home for arts and culture organizations whose missions center creativity, community engagement, education, and public benefit. We are particularly interested in organizations that will activate the space with regular programming and contribute to the building’s established arts and cultural ecosystem. Spaces are priced at $2 per square foot plus quarterly Common Area Maintenance (CAM) fees, however there may be instances where rent is reduced in exchange for complimentary public programming. Tenant interest submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis by City staff using a structured evaluation process that prioritizes arts and culture alignment, community impact, and stewardship of this historic civic asset.
