There is a new coffee house in town that is creating quite the buzz in northwest Las Vegas.It’s called Aspire Coffee House, a health conscious business that focuses on the flavor of the actual coffee as well as using natural ingredients.

Tucked away in the Skye Canyon clubhouse, this local coffee business offers all sorts of goodies including flavored coffees and delicious food options. Owners Mandie Gilbert and Lyndsi Lillis have been best friends since high school. They decided to take their love of coffee and improve it for the health conscious thanks to Lyndsi’s background in nutrition. They make all the syrups from scratch and do not use any refined sugars, using only natural sweeteners like maple syrup and honey to add sweetness.

In addition to their coffee, Aspire has some delicious food options that are sure to satisfy both savory and sweet palettes.Their caprese toast, made with their homemade pesto, is a customer favorite.The duo works with local bakeries to bring in fresh bread and pastries, and YES, they are health conscious as well. You can get keto, vegan and gluten-free options inside the store.

You can find Aspire Coffee House inside the Skye Canyon Community Clubhouse, 10111 W. Skye Canyon Park Drive.They are open seven days a week from 7 a.m. – 2 p.m. They also just launched their new app that allows you to order ahead!
