The Strong Start Go Mobile PreK is a classroom on wheels. This program provides families with a unique opportunity to attend a high quality early learning program at no cost within their neighborhood.
This program provides half-day early education services, family engagement workshops and activities, and community advocacy to bring awareness to the importance of early learning and kindergarten readiness.
The city has 4 Strong Start Go locations:
- Lake Mead Boulevard and J Street (West location)
- Mojave Road and Washington Avenue (East location)
- Mojave Road and Stewart Avenue (Chuck Minker Complex location)
- Washington Avenue and D Street (Historic Westside location)
Children living in or near 89106, 89107 and 89101 receive first priority and can attend for free. All other zip codes are encouraged to apply. There are spots available, so If you’re interested in enrolling your child you can find more information at www.lasvegasnevada.gov/strongstart.
