The exhibits in City Hall Chamber Gallery are focused on topics of interest related to the downtown culture as well as cultural diversity. The exhibits are mostly group and focused on local community based artists. Annually one or more of the exhibits will specifically focus on either Hispanic American, Asian American or African American culture. Each year, this space is home to the annual Celebrating Life! Winners Circle.

Premiering at the Chamber Gallery, the Celebrating Life! 2021 Winners Circle! This annual juried exhibit is in its 21st year and features adults age 50 & better. This year, the categories awarded are Ceramics (clay), Sculpture (all other sculptural media), Painting, Watercolor, Photography, Drawing/Pastel, and Mixed Media. Most of the categories include 1st, 2nd & 3rd place, and one honorable mention. For the entire exhibit there is one best of show.

This year, the exhibit includes 29 artworks.
