This park at the Doolittle Complex features a shaded playground and water play feature. It is also a great park to plan your special event.
The park is named for Kianga Isoke Palacio, who was a fixture at the nearby West Las Vegas Arts Center. She taught children African dance, drum, spoken word and developed a curriculum for them. In addition to being a dance and music instructor, Palacio mentored young girls through the Sisters in the Society Taking Action program.
