The Carlos L. Martinez and Darrio J. Hall Family Pool, located at Gary Reese Freedom Park, will open for the summer Memorial Day weekend.
Hours Saturday-Monday, May 23-25, 2026, will be 12-6 p.m.
All city pools are closed May 30 for staff training. The pool also will be closed Friday, June 19, for the Juneteenth holiday. The pool will close July 4 and July 18 at 4 p.m.
Summer hours May 31-Aug. 9:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - 12-4 p.m.
Monday-Friday - 6-9 p.m.
Saturday 12-6 p.m.
Closed Sundays
Hours Aug. 10-Sept. 4, 2026 will be Saturdays only, 12-6 p.m.
Labor Day Weekend hours Saturday-Monday, Sept. 5-7, will be 12-6 p.m.

Daily Fees
Daily pool fees for individuals at city pools are:
- Ages 3 and younger – free
- Ages 4-17 - $2
- Adults ages 18-49 - $3
- Seniors ages 50+ - $2
Monthly Passes
1-Month Swim Pass $30 adults ages 18-49; $15 Children ages 4-17 and seniors ages 50+ (valid at all city of Las Vegas pools)
3-Month Swim Pass $70 adults ages 18-49; $35 Children ages 4-17 and seniors ages 50+ (valid at all city of Las Vegas pools)
Each child under 7 years old or under 48" tall must be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older at all times. One parent per child; no exceptions. All swimmers must wear suitable swim attire. No cut-offs, shorts with frayed edges, jean shorts, leotards, underwear, bras, thong bikinis or T-shirts at any time. Young children must wear an approved swim diaper. Diapers may be purchased at the front desk. Only United States Coast Guard-approved flotation equipment may be used as a floatation device in the pool.
This pool offers extensive learn-to-swim classes, competitive swim/water polo/diving and artistic swimming teams, and water sports sampler classes. Click the link below for all the details. Free group swim lessons are available for children ages 4 and younger until grant funds are exhaused. Grant funds for ages 5-11 to pay the cost of lessons and/or water sports programs are available until exhausted.
