This is a planning tool to assist customers in estimating building permit fees. Other fees associated with the permit such as Zoning, Sewer Connection and other Impact Fees are not included in the fee calculation. Please DO NOT use this estimate for your check payment. The final permit fees will be calculated when you submit your application. A valid Nevada State Contractor's license and city of Las Vegas business license are required for the issuance of permits to contractors.

Examples of Additional Fees

Residential Construction Tax (Park Fees)
$.36 per square-feet. Not to exceed $1,000 per dwelling unit in apartments, or condominiums
Habitable Space Only

Clark County Transportation Tax Act
All single-family dwelling units shall pay $1000 per dwelling
All commercial, industrial and other development shall pay a privileged tax of $1.00 per square-foot for the entire area of the building

Traffic Impact Fees
$195 Per Each Single Dwelling
Some exceptions may apply and will be reviewed by Traffic Engineering
Traffic Signal Impact Fee Schedule

Desert Conservation Program
$550 each acre or portion thereof plus administration fee - $25 residential/ $50 commercial

Planning Fee Schedule
