Express Plan Review services = Please call to schedule, open dates; plans must be submitted prior to scheduling. To schedule an appointment for Express Plan Review, please contact the Permit Technicians at 702-229-1081 or by email at techs@lasvegasnevada.gov and someone will help you with getting your Express appointment scheduled

Average Plan Review Time

Routine projects = 3 Weeks for non-structural; 3 weeks for structural reviews

Counter Review Schedule

All commercial, residential and civil building plans MUST be submitted and reviewed electronically.

Government-Departments-Building&Safety

The 2018 Building Codes were adopted and go into effect Feb. 5, 2019. Any plans submitted on or after Feb. 4 must comply with the 2018 codes. For a listing of the codes visit our resource page. Effective Jan. 1, 2020, all NEW commercial, residential, and civil building plans MUST be submitted electronically.

Schedule site inspections, pay fees, apply for permits and more on our building permits page. In addition we offer priority appointment scheduling to meet with a technician at our front counter at City Hall at 495 S. Main St.
