We’re committed to making our parks welcoming and inclusive for children of all abilities.

In the city of Las Vegas, we believe that every child deserves the chance to play, explore and thrive. That’s why we’re committed to making our parks welcoming and inclusive for children of all abilities. From adaptive swings to sensory walls and interactive play zones, our park system reflects our dedication to building a city where everyone can enjoy outdoor spaces, regardless of physical or developmental challenges.

Across the city, you’ll find adaptive features designed with accessibility and inclusion in mind. Whether it's a molded bucket swing for added support or a sensory wall to stimulate learning through touch, these features are thoughtfully placed to provide safe and joyful play experiences. We're proud to offer options that allow children to play side-by-side, fostering connection and community.

Our Adaptive Recreation program provides opportunities for youth and adults of all abilities. We offer a wide variety of programs that promote socialization, skill development and physical activity. Staff provides advocacy and inclusion support for individuals with diverse abilities to participate in other recreational activities that we have to offer.
